Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and oversee day-to-day production tooling, molds, stamping dies, and related equipment to ensure availability and performance.
•Analyze production processes and engineering data to develop improved manufacturing workflows, operation sheets, and process changes that meet quality and cost targets.
•Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve process faults and minimize downtime, maximizing yields and productivity.
•Supervise and develop the team of technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach for continuous improvement.
•Initiate and implement new processes, technologies, and tooling to enhance capacity, efficiency, and product quality.

Key Requirements

•Experience maintaining and troubleshooting plastic injection molds and stamping dies, ensuring equipment and tooling are reliable and meet production targets.
•Ability to analyze complex product specifications and engineering data to develop new production processes and operation sheets.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and improve yields and quality.
•Experience leading and supervising a maintenance/production team, assigning tasks, and coaching operators to improve performance.
•Knowledge of machine parameters, preventive maintenance planning, and collaboration with internal stakeholders for new tooling and process improvements.
