Build eval harnesses, deployment tooling, and debugging infrastructure to make future pods faster.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect agent systems for Fortune 500 environments and own the hardest deployments end-to-end, including enterprise integrations and production trade-offs.
•Set the engineering bar for the pod through design and code reviews, mentor FDE I/II engineers, and serve as the escalation point for live issues.
•Build leverage via eval harnesses, deployment tooling, debugging infrastructure, and reusable patterns that compound across pods.
•Turn deployment learnings into prototypes and concrete product asks, partnering with core engineering to land platform improvements.
•Lead architecture discussions with customer engineering leadership and act as the trusted technical partner when production breaks.
