Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruiting from job requirements intake through presenting offers and facilitating pre-onboarding in partnership with People Operations.
•Meet and exceed hiring targets by effectively managing the hiring process end to end.
•Conduct data-driven analysis to identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks as they arise.
•Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, researching, and non-traditional search methods.
•Screen and interview candidates to assess job skills, culture fit, and team fit, while maintaining accurate recruitment cycle reports.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of professional experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of tech, shared services, outsourcing, or similar industries and volume hiring.
•Advanced traditional and non-traditional sourcing skills, including leveraging employee referrals, Boolean sourcing, talent mapping, headhunting, and networking.
•Experience using sourcing and social media platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Facebook.
•Demonstrated stakeholder management experience and strong interpersonal skills.
•Impeccable English communication.
