Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the long-term design vision and strategy for integrated product portfolios.
  • •Champion user understanding to ensure products are indispensable, tying design work to CSAT and retention outcomes.
  • •Lead, mentor, and expand a world-class product design team, fostering excellence and continuous learning.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle, including partnerships with Research and Product leaders and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • •Partner with design systems leadership and adopt AI-augmented design operations to accelerate delivery through rapid prototyping and automated research analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in product design with at least 5 years managing managers and senior ICs (Principal, Sr. Staff level).
  • •Extensive experience designing complex, data-rich enterprise SaaS applications.
  • •A compelling portfolio demonstrating leadership and design work for complex workflows, data visualization, and systems thinking.
  • •Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing design teams.
  • •Experience integrating AI tools and methodologies into a design team workflow at scale; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
