Senior Director - Product Design

Define and drive the long-term design vision and strategy across integrated product portfolios, ensuring products are indispensable through deep user understanding. Lead and mentor a world-class product design team, oversee the full design lifecycle, and partner with Research, Product Management, and Engineering. Evangelize design thinking to executive stakeholders, advance design systems, and use analytics and AI-augmented workflows to improve velocity, quality, and customer retention.
