Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and continuously optimize manufacturing methods, process flows, and workstation design to meet takt, quality, safety, and ergonomics targets.
  • •Lead Lean deployment on the shopfloor (5S, visual management, standard work, problem-solving routines) and ensure sustainability through audits.
  • •Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling to support ramp-up, staffing plans, and S&OP inputs.
  • •Own and maintain process documentation with strong change control (standard work, work instructions, layouts, control points).
  • •Drive productivity and cost reductions via structured CI projects with measurable ROI, and support safe industrialization of new equipment and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years in Industrial Engineering/Methods/Lean roles in manufacturing environments (electronics, aerospace, industrial, or similar).
  • •Proven experience improving flow and stability (OEE, cycle time, throughput, labor productivity) using Lean tools and data-driven analysis.
  • •Hands-on use of structured CI methodologies (A3, DMAIC, Kaizen) with practical shopfloor implementation and sustainment.
  • •Strong understanding of quality fundamentals (process capability, control plans, defect containment) and documentation/traceability discipline.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred) or equivalent demonstrated expertise leading Kaizen and coaching shopfloor teams.
