Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and continuously optimize manufacturing methods, process flows, and workstation design to meet takt, quality, safety, and ergonomics targets.
  • •Lead Lean deployment on the shopfloor (5S, visual management, standard work, problem-solving routines) and ensure sustainability via audits.
  • •Perform time studies, line balancing, and capacity modeling to support ramp-up, staffing plans, and S&OP inputs.
  • •Own and maintain process documentation with strong change control (standard work, work instructions, layouts, and control points).
  • •Drive productivity and cost reductions through structured CI projects with measurable ROI, including supporting new equipment industrialization and qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years in Industrial Engineering/Methods/Lean roles in manufacturing (electronics, aerospace, industrial or similar).
  • •Experience using Lean tools and data-driven analysis to improve flow and stability metrics (OEE, cycle time, throughput, labor productivity).
  • •Hands-on structured CI experience (A3, DMAIC, Kaizen) with shopfloor implementation and sustenance.
  • •Knowledge of quality fundamentals (process capability, control plans, defect containment) and strong documentation/traceability discipline.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred) or equivalent demonstrated expertise leading Kaizen and coaching shopfloor teams.
