Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop hiring plans for budgeted recruitment with the line manager and coordinate TA requirements and candidate specifications for open positions.
  • •Own talent acquisition delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, including maintaining market information for positions handled.
  • •Manage recruitment processes and related documentation, including internal referral processes and timely reporting.
  • •Attract candidates via internal advertising and recruitment agencies/advertisements/other sources, and maintain a candidate pipeline and CV databank.
  • •Conduct interviews, recommend grade/salary for new recruits, and perform due diligence checks (reference checks and other screening).

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a similar position.
  • •A good understanding of the banks business requirements.
  • •Experience and skills in evaluating candidates to assess job and profile fit.
  • •Thorough knowledge of immigration and labor law.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English.
