Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in leading and continue developing the Civil/Highway design team, including guidance, mentoring, and work assignments.
  • •Serve as lead engineer or project manager on major transportation and civil projects for state DOT and local agency/municipal clients.
  • •Manage projects and maintain schedule, budget, and profitability, including preparation of plans, specifications, and proposals.
  • •Lead conceptual/preliminary engineering and final design work (including construction plans, calculations, and PS&E) and coordinate with other design disciplines.
  • •Participate in pursuits and technical proposals, maintain client relationships, and ensure QA/QC and compliance throughout delivery.

Key Requirements
