  • •Lead executive-level calendar management for senior leaders with high-stakes, cross-functional engagements.
  • •Serve as first-line gatekeeper for internal and external communications, drafting, screening, and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Oversee strategic international and domestic travel, including multi-leg itineraries, offsites, security requirements, and contingency planning.
  • •Independently organize executive meetings and events, preparing briefing materials, agendas, and executive summaries with follow-through.
  • •Develop executive-grade documents and manage expense workflows, budget tracking, and reconciliation with Finance and Procurement.

Key Requirements
