Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and service of Honeywell Building Automation Systems (BAS), including DDC controllers and networked control devices.
  • •Diagnose and resolve issues in fire alarm panels and integrated BAS systems (Tridium Niagara/Honeywell EBI).
  • •Serve as technical lead by directing and mentoring junior technicians and subcontractors for quality and timely execution.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting of HVAC controls and communication networks (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) across building systems.
  • •Program, configure, and commission Honeywell platforms (Spyder, CIPer, WEBs, EBI, and Niagara-based systems) and ensure documentation and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in HVAC controls and building automation systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, BAS technologies, and troubleshooting complex HVAC control issues.
  • •Experience programming and configuring HVAC control systems, including DDC controllers and software.
