Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of business processes to optimize performance.
  • •Drive cost optimization projects aligned with Global PEX and local country management priorities.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute Kaizens and A3 projects within their areas.
  • •Conduct quality audits and perform root-cause analysis on process challenges impacting daily operations.
  • •Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies; monitor KPIs, document standards/best practices, and coach teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
  • •Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (highly desirable).
  • •Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and quality assurance in an operational environment.
  • •Experience in logistics/transportation management is preferred; familiarity with MOST/time-and-motion studies is a plus.
