Serve as a hybrid learning and performance consultant who diagnoses business and workforce needs and translates strategy and capability gaps into right-sized, learner-centered solutions. Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, Learning Operations, and Learning Design to apply learning and human performance improvement practices, facilitate inclusive learning experiences, evaluate impact with data, and advance responsible AI readiness and digital capability.
