Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for development and disciplined execution of client marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and organic revenue growth.
  • •Lead annual, segment-specific client marketing plans by channel and at the firm level, ensuring initiatives are on-message, effectively resourced, and delivered on time and on budget.
  • •Partner to develop and execute integrated client-focused campaigns and oversee messaging strategies grounded in client-segment knowledge.
  • •Oversee lead scoring and automated nurture programs to drive MQL delivery and SQL conversion, including sales engagement processes and optimization.
  • •Lead, mentor, and motivate a global team of client marketing professionals while stewarding the client marketing budget and reporting campaign performance results.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive asset management marketing experience with proven ability to lead strategy and deliver high-quality execution.
  • •Deep understanding of institutional, wealth, and intermediary client segments, including buying psychology, priorities, and sales cycles.
  • •Strong communication skills with experience developing technical writing and nuanced, audience-specific messaging for institutions and financial advisors.
  • •Demonstrated ability to define and execute campaign narratives across assets (ads, landing pages, email, social) and integrate messaging into campaign hooks and headlines.
  • •Strong technical investment knowledge and judgment to translate complex investment concepts into practical, client-relevant content and messaging.
