Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop growth by prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller partners through outbound multi-channel campaigns. Deliver tailored initial pitches, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation. Partner with cross-functional teams to help onboarded sellers grow GMV, while meeting monthly/quarterly acquisition and GMV targets over a 3–6 month period. Requires strong B2B SDR/BDR experience and fluency in English and German.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify high-potential seller partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and translate TikTok Shop value into tailored propositions.
•Assess seller fit by confirming platform fit, identifying seller growth strategies, and defining pathways to GMV growth.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
•Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3–6 month period.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and German (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organisational skills to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
•Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.
•Preferred: experience in high-growth eCommerce/online marketplace/platform businesses and/or startup-like, hyper-scaling environments.
