Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement systems to optimize, automate, and scale payment operations using Retool, SQL, Python, and Javascript.
  • •Operate and continuously improve end-to-end payment operations processes spanning ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
  • •Manage the payment operations queue by triaging, investigating, and resolving customer and external bank inquiries.
  • •Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards for operations health and efficiency.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, Business, Compliance, Risk, Customer) to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant issue resolution; document processes and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • •Familiarity with NACHA operating rules, wire transfer standards, and payment processing concepts.
