Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex calendars for members of the Business Line Direction Committee, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • •Coordinate meetings and travel logistics: room reservations, logistics, document/support preparation, and receiving participants.
  • •Provide day-to-day administrative support for managers and their teams.
  • •Ensure front-desk physical and phone reception for visitors, clients, and partners; support onboarding of new employees and coordinate site general services.
  • •Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure continuity during absences and contribute to process improvements for administrative support.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in similar Executive Assistant roles supporting a Direction Committee.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and resolve issues autonomously.
  • •Discretion, strong service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • •Excellent English level (oral and written) is mandatory.
