Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service to gym users, handling enquiries appropriately and maintaining service standards.
  • •Deliver one-to-one and group demonstrations, exercise classes, and instruct customers on safe equipment use.
  • •Undertake fitness assessments and create exercise programmes, coaching technique and developing challenges for the gym community.
  • •Ensure gym users are kept under constant surveillance, respond to incidents/injuries with first aid, and complete relevant documentation.
  • •Monitor and update systems for maintenance issues and perform daily maintenance and safety checks for equipment.
