•Own the analysis and strategy for the Google Ads program (what to test, scale, and cut).
•Improve Quality Score by enhancing ad relevance and landing page experience.
•Own conversion tracking and optimize toward lower-funnel signals that indicate high-quality leads.
•Coordinate and manage the paid marketing agency (priorities, briefs, reviews, and quality/pace).
