Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key transformation agent, embedding the operating model and empowering IT&D teams to minimize unnecessary architecture handoffs.
  • •Design, implement, and enhance governance processes; run architecture review boards and design authorities; define and maintain EA standards and guardrails; own and manage reference architecture framework and assets.
  • •Define architecture viewpoints aligned to target state architectures and support short- and medium-term roadmaps within budget constraints.
  • •Provide oversight of projects to ensure strategic alignment, adherence to architecture principles/standards, and sign-off of designs for architecture compliance.
  • •Maintain and optimize the application portfolio using EAM tooling with accountability for the GBS domain or Sales/Europe.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an architect and subject matter expert within a technology or business domain, with Sales or GBS domain experience as an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of technologies and architectures associated with digital transformation.
  • •Pragmatic approach to managing constraints and conflicting priorities.
  • •Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, challenge and influence roadmaps and decision making, with excellent analysis, execution, and communication skills.
  • •Good understanding of architectural approaches, models, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), with a track record of producing enterprise-level technology artefacts.
