Job Summary

Review client executive compensation and survey inputs, validate the accuracy of submitted data, and resolve issues through extensive client interfacing. Respond to client requests with compensation and survey data interpretation, maintain proactive stakeholder relationships, and translate client needs into potential supplemental report sales or consulting opportunities. Support reporting by producing, reviewing, designing, and modifying compensation/survey reports, and assist in recruitment and training of junior associates plus ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Review client compensation and survey inputs to identify questionable data.
•Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve issues.
•Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
•Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships through regular proactive communications.
•Assist in producing and updating compensation and survey reports, and support recruitment/training of junior associates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (other majors considered).
•3–5 years of experience in human resources, research, data analysis, or a related industry.
•Ability to work independently in a data operations role and interface with internal and external constituents.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros a plus) and Word.
•Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings.
