Key Responsibilities

•Assist guests with show ticket needs at the box office, including answering questions in person and over the phone.
•Generate revenue by selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests.
•Process and verify credit card and cash transactions while maintaining cash drawer accuracy.
•Manage will call and handle opening and closing paperwork.
•Support guest relations and miscellaneous box office projects as directed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, and customer service.
•Entry-level knowledge of basic computer operation and point of sales systems.
•Excellent customer service and cash handling/attention to detail, including typing 30 wpm.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
