Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow Operating Discipline policies, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
  • •Operate and field check process equipment; monitor process conditions and key performance metrics and make decisions to maintain or achieve desired rates and conditions.
  • •Complete scheduled operational tasks and tasks arising from resolving unplanned events.
  • •Conduct shift relief with effective communication and handoff to the arriving shift team.
  • •Support investigations and improvements, including tracking shift metrics, performing autonomous maintenance, and participating in root cause investigations.

Key Requirements
