Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise hourly employees performing repair and maintenance work.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance work around production schedules, including identifying and requesting critical spare parts.
  • •Coordinate repairs with contractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance operations.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment and support accurate work scoping for efficient planning.
  • •Lead short- and long-term planning of equipment repairs and rebuilds.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical field.
  • •Ability to work overtime and weekends to complete special projects.
  • •Willingness to respond to calls 24 hours a day, when required.
