Dispatch Supervisor

Oversee dispatch operations for a designated branch area, supervising deliveries for internal and external customers while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency goals. Monitor phone and radio traffic to ensure procedural compliance, coach employees through quality assurance feedback, and handle customer and safety-related concerns. Use computer aided dispatch and radio systems, troubleshoot initial issues, and report failures. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies that improve performance.
