Job Summary

Lead a Credit Research team focused on evaluating credit quality for issuers across US/EU/APAC, delivering end-to-end credit research solutions. Develop detailed financial models, prepare Investment Memos, and present investment views to committees. Manage portfolio coverage, ensure timely execution, and mentor junior analysts while upholding QA standards. Emphasis on fixed income, IG/High Yield, and leveraged loans.

Key Responsibilities

•Building detailed financial models with KPI driven revenue projections, cost drivers, working capital analysis, capex schedule, capital structure analysis, covenant analysis, default & recovery workouts and IRR sensitivities and valuations.
•Creating a finalized product: preparing Investment Memos including identification of investment catalysts and provide recommendations IG instruments.
•Presenting the primary/secondary deals to the investment committee and clearly articulating your opinion; take full ownership of the investment view and monitor developments affecting issuers' credit quality.
•Maintaining portfolio coverage including regular model updates and earnings summary write-ups.
•Training younger analysts as required and driving systemic quality across teams with best research delivery practices.

Key Requirements

•MBA or equivalent in Finance/CFA/CA
•Experience: 7-12 years
•Industry experience: PE / Investment Banking / Credit Research with high modelling skills
•Proficiency in building detailed financial models and preparing investment memos
•Proficiency in databases & Portfolio Asset Management Systems - Bloomberg, CapIQ
