Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Advanced NAND Process Integration team to define and enable Micron’s next-generation NAND technology roadmap.
  • •Drive NAND technology pathfinding and advanced architecture development by identifying technology gaps and enabling future product requirements.
  • •Lead technology development from concept through delivery, including process architecture definition, CSPEC/FMEA, test vehicle execution, manufacturable solutions, and workflow optimization.
  • •Partner globally with Device, Design, Probe, Test, Reliability, Yield, Operations, and Process teams to deliver NAND pathfinding project milestones.
  • •Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing global engineering team and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of semiconductor technology development experience, including NAND process integration and/or early silicon pathfinding.
  • •MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Deep understanding of NAND architecture, layout, device physics, process integration, yield, and reliability to solve complex challenges.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build high-performing organizations in fast-paced technology development environments.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills to align teams around priorities and objectives.
