  • •Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents: partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
  • •Engage with Customers: discover requirements, present demonstrations, address technical challenges with counterparts, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit customer needs, and become trusted advisors driving technical strategies.
  • •Shape the Product Roadmap: collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features essential to customer success.
  • •Develop and maintain a customer-focused product strategy by translating AI advances into practical business value for clients.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features align with customer needs and market opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
  • •Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.

  • •Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
  • •Professional fluency in both French and English.
