Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement cost-effective test and troubleshooting methods to support capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data, and support failure analysis tasks.
  • •Analyze yield fallout using statistical methods to debug and fix yield issues while optimizing test time.
  • •Develop test plans and create test/characterization programs, including designing ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Work with production/design and business/factory partners to release products to volume production and support test-cell technology qualification and deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related field).
  • •Cumulative GPA requirement (e.g., 3.0/4.0 or 3.3/4.0).
  • •Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience.
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended) and/or proficiency in C++/Python is a plus.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics/layouts and analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
