Job Summary

Implement cost-effective test and troubleshooting methods for analog signal chain work, partnering with cross-functional teams and factories to improve test-related product quality. Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data, perform failure analysis support, and optimize yield and test time. Also support test planning and development of test/characterization programs, ATE hardware interface boards, and qualification of new test cell technologies for volume production.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement cost-effective test and troubleshooting methods to support capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.
•Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data, and support failure analysis tasks.
•Analyze yield fallout using statistical methods to debug and fix yield issues while optimizing test time.
•Develop test plans and create test/characterization programs, including designing ATE hardware interface boards.
•Work with production/design and business/factory partners to release products to volume production and support test-cell technology qualification and deployment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics (Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related field).
•Cumulative GPA requirement (e.g., 3.0/4.0 or 3.3/4.0).
•Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience.
•Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended) and/or proficiency in C++/Python is a plus.
•Basic understanding of schematics/layouts and analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
