Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate and administer company HR policies, procedures, programs, and changes for client groups.
  • •Manage competing priorities to meet client group needs and provide HR guidance to promote a positive employer/employee relationship and union-free status where applicable.
  • •Use conflict resolution techniques to address employee and supervisor issues, including counseling management and building consensus on complex matters.
  • •Advise management on staffing, compensation and benefits, performance issues, and equal employment opportunity/affirmative action and disability leave management.
  • •Conduct or participate in ethics and employee investigations, develop final reports, and coordinate solutions; facilitate HR training initiatives and support workforce planning tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 1–3 years direct experience in an HR role.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex, sensitive HR issues.
  • •Ability to counsel managers and employees on performance guidelines and expectations with minimal assistance.
  • •Familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Lawson or iCims experience is a plus).
