Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, implement, test, and debug integrated embedded real-time software within heterogeneous firmware and hardware systems.
  • •Collaborate with a cross-discipline team to define, refine, and improve product concept, implementation, testability, and measurable quality.
  • •Work with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, management, and IPT members using Lean and/or Agile practices.
  • •Teach, coach, and mentor less experienced staff.
  • •Contribute to proposals and preliminary/critical design reviews while maintaining ability to obtain program access.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience including at least two of: Embedded C++ software, Embedded Software Security, or software architecture design and implementation.
  • •Experience using embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS), such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux.
  • •Experience developing complex systems that integrate hardware, firmware, and software.
  • •Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start, with U.S. citizenship required for eligibility.
