Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including LV distribution networks, control panels, and power circuits.
  • •Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting, emergency lighting, outlets, isolators, switches, and electrical accessories.
  • •Diagnose and rectify electrical faults and replace defective components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, timers, switches, sockets, cables, and control components.
  • •Attend emergency breakdowns and restore electrical services within contractual response times.
  • •Follow electrical safety procedures (LOTO, permit-to-work), ensure compliance, and complete documentation including checklists, reports, and work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Relevant trade certification for electrical maintenance work.
  • •3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within facilities management or building maintenance environments.
  • •Experience with LV electrical systems and building services maintenance.
  • •Ability to read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
