Key Responsibilities

  • •Support health, safety, and environmental programs by attending safety meetings, performing safety observations, and reporting incidents and near misses.
  • •Operate and maintain general maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively, including interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and PLC ladder diagrams.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, including scheduled repairs and equipment upgrades, and apply Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • •Perform welding and fabrication/repair of machine guards and components; communicate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate computerized maintenance records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a maintenance-related field preferred or in progress.
  • •Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical systems (up to 480V), mechanical troubleshooting, PLCs, and equipment maintenance.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP Maintenance Module experience is a plus.
  • •Comfort with hazardous/flammable chemicals and strict safety protocols, including use of proper protective equipment.
  • •Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, provide overtime coverage, and respond to occasional plant callouts.
