Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee resolution of escalations, exceptions, and complex onboarding matters while adhering to AML and regulatory obligations.
  • •Support implementation, communication, and monitoring of policy and process changes within the line of business.
  • •Manage Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and processes, and conduct periodic quality assurance and spot-checks across the client onboarding team.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support account set-up and ensure consistency and best practices in complex case resolutions.
