•Serve as the central point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage.
•Proactively manage the portfolio across the full credit lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, covenant compliance, documentation, and ongoing credit monitoring.
•Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, financial performance, and market dynamics to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
•Partner closely with Credit, Portfolio Management, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and sound risk management.
•Drive organic growth within the existing portfolio through thoughtful relationship expansion, increased wallet share, and cross-sell opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,350 - 182,250 annually

•Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Real Estate banking experience
•Strong credit acumen with experience structuring complex transactions

•Strong technical and organizational skills; experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
