Business Development Officer IV

Develop new deposit, loan, and treasury services for a defined target market while delivering superior customer relations and service. Own sales management activities including pipeline management, prospecting, collections, and expense controls aligned to local budgets. Manage and monitor a loan portfolio, collaborate with Credit on underwriting and approvals, and ensure post–loan closing accuracy. Represent the bank in CRA/community activities, maintain compliance with policies and regulations, and mentor/coaches less experienced officers and support staff.
