Job Summary

Support on-site IT operations for location-based deployments across Riyadh. Conduct site surveys, document device inventories, and assist with installation tasks such as rack mounting, cabling, power connections, labeling, and patch management. Help engineers during server and network setup, basic configuration, and security agent installation, then participate in functional testing and site readiness validation while maintaining accurate documentation and following health, safety, and compliance standards.

•Conduct location site surveys and document complete device inventories including device name, IP address, type, OS version, and function.
•Assist with physical IT equipment preparation and installation (rack mounting, cabling, power connection, and labeling).
•Perform cabling, labeling, and patch management within designated cabinets.
•Support installation and basic configuration of IT equipment and security agents under IT Engineers’ guidance.
•Participate in functional testing, validate site readiness and performance, and maintain accurate site documentation while following health, safety, and compliance standards.
