Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmap for applications in the Forge Utility Software portfolio and maintain alignment with Forge platform architecture.
  • •Own the AI and agentic AI roadmap for specified utility market opportunities and translate AI capabilities into utility-relevant outcomes.
  • •Conduct customer and market discovery, including VOC and competitive analysis, especially against MDM, SCADA, and utility analytics providers.
  • •Collaborate with solution architects, sales, and customers to identify the highest-value utility use cases.
  • •Set product requirements and provide development priorities to engineering/R&D to deliver measurable value.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an individual contributor, with no direct reports initially.
  • •Proven experience managing cloud-native B2B software products, including SaaS business models and cloud architecture considerations.
  • •Familiarity with water and gas utility sectors and use cases such as analytics, MDM, GIS/CIS integration, or SCADA.
  • •Experience developing product roadmaps using customer research, voice of the customer (VOC), and competitive analysis.
  • •Working knowledge of scoping, evaluating, and delivering AI features in a B2B context.
