•Growing and developing all social media activities across Demandbase Social platforms, including content creation, community management, social listening, and reporting.
•Building an internal Employee Advocacy program and developing an Executive Thought leadership platform on relevant social channels to amplify brand narratives.
•Building and managing an influencer marketing program: identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, developing briefs, managing campaigns, and tracking performance.
•Managing social media budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns.
