Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications using electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions with hand and power tools.
  • •Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies/components, and prepare units for test preparation and final inspection.
  • •Perform inspections and testing using established power checking procedures and equipment to verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
  • •Maintain job progress, communicate problem areas or part shortages, and receive/put away material and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • •Perform Lean initiatives and maintain equipment, tools, and workspace per established 5S guidelines, including cross-training across functions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in an assembly role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Reside within 50 miles of the work location (no relocation benefit offered).
  • •No immigration sponsorship/support for CPT, OPT/STEM OPT, and other listed work authorization programs.
  • •Ability to lift 35 lbs. regularly and work overtime as required.
  • •Ability to follow manufacturing drawings and instructions and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
