Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects, system/network and software engineers for large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments for emerging AI labs.
  • •Provide deep subject-matter expertise in advanced GPU and network systems and serve as senior technical point of contact for strategic AI-native customers and emerging AI labs.
  • •Lead complex compute and network configuration and performance debugging, working with the team to deliver performant, reliable clusters.
  • •Guide compute, network, and software architecture discussions; support server, network, and cluster bring-up, including on-site data center work as needed.
  • •Collect and synthesize customer requirements, partner with engineering/product/sales to influence roadmap priorities and reference design packaging, and expand solution engagements.

Salary: USD 224,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles, with 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers/architects.
  • •System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
  • •Experience with data center networking (Ethernet and/or InfiniBand switches, NICs, fabrics) and cluster performance troubleshooting, plus familiarity with data center infrastructure.
  • •Proven ability to lead technical teams, set priorities, drive projects from design through production, and work with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering.
