Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of controls and processes that enable and improve user and access management in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
  • •Consolidate the strategy for securing application keys in Mercado Libre clouds, implementing preventive processes and anomaly-activity analysis monitoring.
  • •Plan, define, and track the team’s initiatives, prioritizing those with the highest impact on security risks.
  • •Define the initiatives strategy and measure results using KPIs.
  • •Coordinate, support, and execute agreements based on the needs of different teams across Mercado Libre’s cloud environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in leadership and people/team management roles.
  • •Knowledge of security and/or infrastructure and networks for cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle.
  • •Practical experience in programming languages including Python and Go.
  • •Solid knowledge of information security focused on identity and access management (IAM).
