Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive store sales and profitability by leading operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
  • •Support the Store Manager with sales strategy and daily goals, including team communication and execution of community events.
  • •Execute product floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy.
  • •Own key areas including inventory/product processing, visual merchandising, and community events.
  • •Provide an exceptional customer experience by identifying customer use cases and converting product knowledge into sales, while adopting new technology and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.82 - 29.77 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or associate degree and/or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • •At least 3 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
  • •Experience implementing new technology and processes to increase profitability.
  • •Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer sponsorship; must be at least 18 and able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
