Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the AI platform technical layer from integration surface to production runbooks, identifying capability gaps and closing them via vendors or internal build.
  • •Own the governed integration gateway: connector onboarding, OAuth and federated identity authentication flows, reliability, and vendor escalation on failures.
  • •Build internal tooling extending the platform, including agent scaffolding, reusable skills/prompt assets, evaluation harnesses for model changes, provisioning automation, and integrations to systems of record.
  • •Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate, including alerting, exception queues, monthly reconciliation, and reducing single author risk in cap automation.
  • •Implement technical controls behind policy on data handling, retention, and model eligibility (identity integration, SSO/SCIM, entitlement by role/tier, and workspace configuration), and run technical enablement and AI estate administration end to end.

Salary: USD 110,400 - 220,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Administer enterprise SaaS platforms at 1,000+ seats, ideally including an AI or LLM platform.
  • •Build and ship working software (Python or comparable), using version control, CI, containers, and secrets management.
  • •Integrate against LLM and SaaS APIs with familiarity of agent/tool use patterns, including MCP or equivalent tool-calling architectures.
  • •Have working knowledge of identity and access (Okta or an equivalent IdP), including OAuth, SCIM, SSO, and federated machine identity.
  • •Demonstrate operational discipline with intake queues, SLAs, runbooks, escalation hygiene, documentation, and strong written communication.
