Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide analysis and guidance to division VP and program teams to improve financial performance and decision-making.
  • •Produce financial reporting deliverables including program P&L, trend and variance analysis, and monthly reporting for leadership.
  • •Manage monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating budgeting activities for the program.
  • •Support contract deliverables, including financial planning/reporting, subcontractor management, and invoicing.
  • •Run month-end close activities (cost accruals, revenue recognition, and expense reviews) and collaborate with corporate finance/back-office teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Government contracting experience and knowledge of CAS, FAR, and GAAP.
  • •Experience building financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cadence and producing reporting deliverables.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
  • •Strong communication and ability to distill complex financial information for diverse stakeholders, with critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
