Key Responsibilities

  • •Take accountability for the entire footwear development management process for assigned products, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • •Contribute product design, construction, and materials ideas by working proactively with suppliers to enhance performance, fit, and profitability.
  • •Provide technical solutions by analyzing designs for manufacturability, production, and material properties.
  • •Ensure products meet cost targets and obtain initial FOB cost quotes with follow-up price adjustments.
  • •Update systems with accurate, complete, and timely development data; ensure materials and prototypes are tested to meet quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in manufacturing, engineering, biomechanics, sports science, business, or a technical degree as a footwear technician, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • •First practical experience through internships or work experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of the footwear creation process from concept brief to production readiness.
  • •Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • •English proficiency in reading and writing.
