Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor movement of funds to correct PI/TI accounts and process remittances of principal, interest, and other amounts due to investors.
  • •Timely and accurately reconcile custodial bank accounts and clear outstanding items.
  • •Use RECWEB and other current reporting systems to gather, validate, and deliver monthly trustee/investor files and reports.
  • •Calculate and validate fees, balances, and critical amounts for monthly reporting; interpret servicing agreements for remittance requirements.
  • •Investigate cash variances and discrepancies, review servicing fees/delinquency reports/special servicing coding, and respond to investor inquiries while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required).
  • •1+ years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing, accounting, or loan operations (required).
  • •Ability to monitor fund movements and accurately reconcile custodial bank accounts to minimize risk.
  • •Experience preparing and delivering monthly investor/trustee reports and remittances per servicing agreements.
  • •Proficiency with RECWEB/loan servicing systems and Excel for calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
