Key Responsibilities

  • •Accompany operational teams as the reference for the main applications, providing training and ongoing support; drive user adoption and maintain quality documentation (operating procedures, training materials, FAQs)
  • •Frame and manage SI projects: capture business needs, analyze existing processes, write needs expression, and lead scoping, design, testing, and deployment
  • •Lead data and BI initiatives in alignment with SI projects: data quality initiatives, interface specifications, testing, and reporting
  • •Coordinate with the Group IS team to ensure successful integration and change management across four sites (planning production, PLM, QMS, MES)
  • •Define and deliver data/BI deliverables, build clear documentation to facilitate handover and maintenance

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management or data management/Supply Chain with strong SI dimension
  • •Knowledge of M3 is highly desirable; familiarity with QMS and PLM is a plus
  • •Strong organizational skills, rigor and accuracy
  • •Ability to drive change, coordinate stakeholders and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle (needs capture, scoping, design, testing, deployment, training)
