Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs related to engine parts expertise.
•Provide cross-functional IPT guidance and serve as a recognized subject-matter expert.
•Lead engineering support for P&WC Operations, including resolution of non-conformities and casting layout evaluation.
•Support supplier transition/resourcing activities and design jobs, assessing technical engine impacts related to quality escapes.
•Operate across multiple engine models and a variety of engine hardware components.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience, ideally including project engineering experience.
•Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally including project engineering experience.
•Advanced knowledge of gas turbine engines, including direct experience with turbine and/or accessories module hardware.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Adaptable and able to work effectively under aggressive project timelines; flexibility for variable schedules and occasional travel.
