Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the PE technical lead for process and equipment improvement projects for your assigned module.
  • •Improve equipment performance and tool matching, and optimize process windows.
  • •Improve yield, cost, and cycle time using data-driven RCA (SPC/DOE/FDC/equipment signals) and practical experience.
  • •Collaborate with equipment, manufacturing, yield, quality, and RD teams on NPI, new process introduction, process transfer, and validation.
  • •Share best practices and guide junior engineers to raise the team’s technical level.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
  • •Semiconductor PE (process engineering) mass-production experience.
  • •Ability to own the full process from problem definition through solution implementation.
  • •Strong analytical skills and hands-on execution capability.
  • •Familiarity with at least one: tool matching/chamber control, equipment health monitoring, advanced DOE/SPC.
