Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of radar maturity engineering programs, ensuring alignment with program goals and customer requirements.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and operations to meet milestones and manage dependencies.
•Identify, monitor, and mitigate technical and schedule risks; implement corrective actions when needed.
•Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including executives and customers, with clear escalation paths.
•Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to optimize processes and ensure quality and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering complex engineering programs in an aerospace/defense context.
•Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple teams.
•Familiarity with radar maturity processes and systems engineering life cycles.
•Proven stakeholder management at technical and executive levels, with excellent communication.
•Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (or equivalent) and a track record of delivering on-time milestones.
