Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize deployed capital.
  • •Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plans across Manufacturing functions and relevant levels.
  • •Optimize capacity of installed equipment; drive site and tool-level optimization studies to enhance throughput.
  • •Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps and assess network capacity impacts of process changes.
  • •Improve financial analyses for capital equipment decisions by automating metrics optimizations, process flexibility, capacity sharing, and equipment repurpose; craft reports and benchmarks to meet department goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a business/quantitative field; MBA or master’s is desirable.
  • •Experience turning ambiguous, sophisticated problem statements into structured solutions in a highly multi-functional environment.
  • •Experience working independently with strong organization, control, and ability to manage organizational change.
